Dharmayya Naidu (Vijaya Kumar) lost his wife because he is uneducated. Hence he wants to felicitate education in his seema area by constructing schools. He realizes that the quarry he owns has good quality granite deposits. Samba (NTR) is the son of Dharmayya Naidu. Prakash (Prakash Raj) is the son-in-law of Dharmayya Naidu. Prakash plays the game in such a way that Dharmayya Naidu is forced to give granite quarry as a dowry to Prakash's family, due to which Dharmayya Naidu's daughter commits suicide. When Samba comes to know the reason behind his sister's suicide, he occupies the quarry and kills the brothers of Prakash. Prakash kills everybody in the house of Samba in retaliation...

Rama Krishna aka Rakhi (NTR) wants to join the railways and become a station master. He has a doting sister and a caring father. He has a heart of gold and is very attached to his sister. His sister is married to a prospective NRI software engineer. However, tragically in-laws burn her alive. The rest of the story is all about how Rakhi avenges death of not only his sister, but all those women who are tortured by men.

Ashok (NTR) is a bike mechanic who stays away from his family as he nurses a strained relation with his father. He falls in love with Anjali (Sameera Reddy). KK (Sonu Sood) is a big gangster who sets his eyes on Anjali. Ashok wins Anjali through love and KK wants to force her into a marriage. The rest of the story is all about how Ashok eliminates the baddies.

Kranti (NTR) is an orphan who attracts the attention of the local don Seshu (Asish Vidyardhi) who in turn reports to the kingpin PR (Prakash Raj) who is based in Hong Kong. Kranti attracts the attention of PR in no time and climbs up the ladder. Then they fall out due to some differences. Later it is revealed that Kranti is not an orphan, but the son of PR himself. The rest of the story is all about whether Kranti reconciles with his father or takes revenge on him

The twin cities sport two sweet shop giants in the form of Siva Reddy (K Vishwanath) and Sahadeva Reddy (K Satyanarayana). Venu (NTR) is the teenage grandson of Siva Reddy and Siri (Raveena Rajput) is the granddaughter of Sahadeva Reddy.

Venu happens to see Siri on the day of Holi and falls in love with her at the first sight. He gets hold of a photograph of her and then uses her photograph to put up a hoarding in Abids area asking her to call up his number. The parents of Siri notice their daughter's portrait on the advertisement of Siva Reddy sweets. The rivalry between Siva Reddy and Sahadeva Reddy intensifies.

Siri falls in love with Venu, since she likes the kind of attention he gives to her, as she is a neglected girl in her house. Its elections time and Siva Reddy and Sahadeva Reddy are given MLA tickets from two opposition parties. Siva Reddy and Sahadeva Reddy advises their grandkids not to meet each other till the elections are completed.

Venu packs up to Shimla along with his uncle as Siri visits her relative's village. Meanwhile, the parents of Siri try to arrange 'Pelli Choopulu' for her. Fed up with this, Siri travels alone to Shimla in search of Venu. The rest of the story revolves around how the lovers get united and sort out the differences between the families.
