Professor Tagore (Chiranjeevi) takes up the mission of eradicating corruption in unlawful society by unlawful means. He creates ACF (Anti Corruption Force) with a gang of his ex students. He selects 15 corrupt officers from each department and kills the most corrupted one so that others would fear the death and do their job with honesty. Likewise he kidnaps MROs (mandal Revenue Officers), SPs (superintendents of police) etc and kills the top corrupted ones. The police is on the prowl to identify the mysterious killer. In the meantime, he exposes the hospital authorities greediness by taking a corpse there. He makes those greedy corrupt doctors (who pretend that the patient is alive) operate the corpse. He there by exposes the system. A police driver Suryam (Prakash Raj) makes an independent enquiry and gets all the clues that lead to the killer under cover, Tagore that is. The film is all about how Tagore created awareness among the public about corruption and how he became the most adulated demigod in the state with his noble mission.

Venu (Nagarjuna) is an orphan and a contractor at Vizag port. Anu (Shriya) is a student in classical singing. Sruthi (Arti Agarwal) is Anu's friend. Anu loves Arun (Subbaraju) and makes an attempt to elope with him one night. Arun is the son of a business tycoon JP (Mukesh Rushi). JP sends police across to nab Arun. As police nab Arun, Venu rescues Anu. Anu's father disassociates himself from his daughter. Then Venu takes Anu to his place and gives assurance - 'I am there' (Nenunnanu).

Venu finds out where Arun is and gets Anu married to him. After the marriage is over, JP tells his son that Venu and Anu have an affair as they live together in the same house. Arun gets suspicious about Anu's character and leaves the marriage venue immediately after the marriage. Anu is back in Venu's place. Venu is in the mission of locating Arun and convince him.Would Venu reunite Anu and Arun? Is Arun - who suspected his love of infidelity - worth enough to be the husband of a good girl like Anu? Would Venu reciprocate to the love signs of Sruthi? Would Anu dump Arun to love Venu? Too many questions and a single answer! Watch it yourself to know the climax.

Chandram (Venkatesh) is a great follower of Subhash Chandra Bose and joins Bose Sainyam (Army of Bose) and protects the patriotic interests of village Chintapally by defending the rule of British Empire in 1946. Chandram destroys the administrative offices and police stations of British Empire. Bandodu (Prakash Raj) is one of the members of Chandram's gang. He betrays Chandram and kills him. While dying, Chandram warns Bandodu that somebody would rise up to the occasion and make sure that national traitors would not be spared. Ashok is a restless youngster in the present day. When he observes Venkata Ratnam (Prakash Raj) in a function, he suddenly gets agitated feeling. One fine day, he is forced to dawn on the village of Chintapally. The rest of the story is all about how he realizes the past and takes revenge on Venkata Ratnam
