Seenu (Gopichand) is a loyal servant and a right-hand of faction leader Reddeppa (Devaraj). He and Sailaja (Sameera Benarjee) - daughter of Reddeppa - grew together. Nayudamma (Raj Kumar) is an arch rival of Reddeppa. Factional feuds between them have resulted in loss of number of lives among their groups. When Reddeppa realizes that his daughter and Seenu are in love, he swings into action by trying to kill Seenu. Rest of the story is all about how Seenu secures the hand of Sailaja and how he unites the forces of followers in both the warring groups to teach their masters (Reddeppa and Nayudamma) a lesson or two!
Srinivas(Mahesh Babu) just returns to India and joins a college in Hyderabad. There is this sexy dame called Srivalli(Saakshi Sivand) that attracts him with her looks. As we proceed a little bit we come to know that there is a friend for Srivalli called Vamsi(Venkat) in abroad whom she regards as her best friend and keeps him close to her heart as when a plane crashed 20 years back these two are the only survivors of the tragedy(Anybody listening?). Sreenivas also realizes that Srivally is a founder member of Shanti Nilayam and she is an avid social service activist. She do not reveal these two facts(One: She has no parents Two: She runs a orphanage) to any of her collegemates as she do not want to get their sympathy.

Eeshwara Prasad (Prabhas) is the only child of Shantamma (Sharada). She dotes on him. After his father's death, Prasad heads for city to get a job. There he lands in a fight with local gunda (Rajan P Dev) and kills him. Soon people adore him as don. Prasad becomes Yogi and fights with the mafia (led by Kota and Subbaraju). Meanwhile, his mother comes to city in search of his son. A reporter (Nayanatara) gives her shelter. Both mother and son search for each other but do not meet. Waiting for her son to come, Shantamma dies in front of a temple. Thinking that an orphan body is cremated, Yogi attends the cremation. He only learns later that the body belongs to her mother.

Vivek (Bharat), Aravind (Sarvanand), Siva (Kishore) and Rafi (Padma Kumar) form a group called '4 The People' who punish the corrupt officials. They work as an anonymous group who operate on the complaints they receive through the website they have launched. Their modus operandi include riding in black bikes wearing all-black attire with a black helmet and chopping off the hands of the corrupt official, leaving a note saying that its the handiwork of '4 The People'. The police department summons an ACP called Sarath Chandra (Suresh Menon) to trace and crack down on '4 The People'. The rest of the story is all about how Sarath Chandra traces the 4 people and how the legacy of '4 The People' continues.
