The court directs the Speaker of Assembly to look in to Rangayya’s matter. Speaker gives a chance to Rangayya to speak in Assembly; the talkative Rangayya impresses the members of entire house.He invites Ministers to his village which was hit by Flash floods. Ministers, who looked the flood affected area, convey the same to Chief Minister. CM sanctions Rs400 Crs on emergency basis.
